Frequently asked questions
Which properties can be listed?
Only properties located in Mythical Sands, Mythical Blue and Mythical Seas in Kapparis — apartments, studios and maisonettes.
How much does it cost?
Listing with us is free. Our service fee is 10% + VAT on each successful booking.
Can I keep my property on other websites?
Of course. While we’d love you to be exclusive, we know that isn’t always an option. We sync your calendars from Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms that support iCal links.
Do you offer full property management?
Yes. Our rental management package covers everything — from guest communication before booking to seamless check-ins and check-outs — so you can sit back and relax.
